| After seeing what one Midget goalie can do in the D's, top scorer Mr Gunn, it will be interesting to see what another does in Ms Maby. But then I guess they aren't the Div 1 overall champions for nothing, even coming away with an impressive close loss to the Czech Uni Champions. Tip for the gold! | |||||||||||||||

| The main advocates of the BUIHA East and West divisions, Edinburgh were unlucky to have missed out on the BUIHA D1 North championship. But is much of this revival due to the return of the face of Eagles hockey behind the bench as head coach? Or as some may think the blossoming Facebook friendship of Andy Miller and Neil Dolan? Only time will tell... | |||||||||||||||

| The Dragons will really have to represent the South at this year's Nationals after the withdrawal of the Oxford Blues. Second in the table by the virtue of having played 2 games that actually counted, this will only spur on the returning Crazy Viking, Kalle Uusitalo, to want to prove a point by winning it out right! Don't worry about these fixtures guys, you will 100% get officials this time. | |||||||||||||||

| Our resident overseas team 'Ze South-ampton Spitfirrreeesss' always perform extremely well at nationals, usually due to this being the only time they can get their entire team together! All this despite their selection process taking place on the AGM weekend... (PS I'm sure you can spare a few committee members from your trails). | |||||||||||||||

| Cambridge must already be in a good mood and feel like they have won as they are guaranteed to finish the season higher than their Oxford counterparts! No idea what to say because they are another team that only played 2 real games this season... At least you didn't complain about it (a casual email contact would be nice though). | |||||||||||||||

| What has happened to the Bears these days? I saw on twitter that they have made friends with the Manchester Metros?! Didn't this used to auto correct to something like the Manchester Gay Chubby's on your forum a few years back? Next thing you will be smooching up to the Nottingham Big Fat Bummers... Never write the Bears A off before Nationals, they tend to do quite well. Outsiders for the semis. | |||||||||||||||

| We don't want a team this year, they never turn up to training. What there is a place going in the South where we don't have to travel to Whitley or Dundee, we will take it!!!!!!! The Mav's have really fallen off the pace in recent years, something to do with Si's ever shortening shorts? Good luck getting out of your group! | |||||||||||||||

| What's occurin' with the Newcastle Wildcats? Will the entire team turn up? Or just 7 skaters again? Good luck to Big Will Walker having to skate all game every game in D, just remember you can go past that red line in the middle... | |||||||||||||||

| 319 miles to Edinburgh, 149 miles to Southampton... That's not much difference, what were you all complaining about!!!! Stick it out in the North, we all know it's the best place to be anyway! At least you can make it to Sheffield without a problem, just like last year... | |||||||||||||||

| The Redhawks have made that brave jump with that many teams don't dare, but could the Div 2 final in the middle of the weekend be that step too far for your BUIHA Webmaster and his team? Good luck the R'Hawks, let's hope you stay up next year too. | |||||||||||||||
