We hold try-outs each year for experienced players and also run a 'Give it a Go' session for those who've never tried the sport before. We have five teams that compete in the BUIHA Cup Competition so whatever your level (even if you've never skated before!) we'll find a place for you. We also have a number of kits available to hire to new players to reduce the cost of starting out in the sport. Please contact us if you have any other questions about joining the club!

As ever, our aim for the coming season is for each team the club enters into the BUIHA club competition to win both the regular season and playoff honours whether going into it as defending champions, the perennial nearly-men or the underdogs. However, The Bears are also about having great team spirit, a good ethos on and off the ice, and enjoying playing and socialising with a great mix of people.
